1. Safety Precaution
① Only qualified electricians and professional installers are allowed to finish installation and wiring.
② Cut off total power supply before any wiring work to avoid electric shock.
③ Wear safety helmet and non-slip shoes for high-altitude installation.
④ Keep display away from flammable gas, corrosive liquid and strong vibration environment.
⑤ For outdoor screens, ensure waterproof grade meets design requirement.
2. List of Installation Accessories
① LED modules, cabinet frames, power supplies, receiving cards
② Power cables, signal cables, aviation plugs, fixing screws, brackets
③ Tools: electric drill, level meter, spanner, multimeter
3. Pre-installation Inspection
① Check all cabinets for deformation, broken mask or damaged PCB.
② Test each module lighting with single power supply to eliminate dead lamp in advance.
③ Verify input voltage matches power supply rated specification (AC220V/110V optional).
④ Confirm installation wall/steel structure bears enough load capacity.
4. Cabinet Assembling Steps
① Fix installation bracket on wall or steel frame with expansion bolts, calibrate horizontal & vertical via level ruler.
② Splice LED cabinets piece by piece row by row, lock connecting screws between adjacent cabinets tightly.
③ Adjust gap between modules to ensure uniform spacing, no uneven surface.
④ Classify internal wiring: separate power wire and data signal wire to prevent signal interference.
5. Electrical Wiring Instruction
5.1 Power Connection
① Use dedicated aviation plug to link power supply and cabinet, follow positive/negative polarity marking.
② Distribute power evenly for each cabinet, avoid overload on single circuit.
③ Outdoor wiring needs waterproof rubber ring and glue sealing at plug joint.
5.2 Signal Wiring
① Connect sending card (inside control PC box) to receiving card via CAT6 network cable.
② Follow serial connection sequence of cabinets: 1→2→3 in order, do not cross wiring randomly.
③ Fix cables neatly with cable ties, avoid sharp edge abrasion of wire skin.
6. Control System Debugging
① Connect host computer with sending card, install display control software.
② Set screen pixel size, cabinet arrangement layout on software.
③ Power on the screen gradually, check whole screen display: no black screen, flicker, color cast or dead area.
④ Calibrate brightness and color uniformity if partial display is abnormal.
7. Waterproof Treatment (Outdoor Only)
① Seal cabinet seams with waterproof silica gel.
② Reserve drainage hole at bottom of each cabinet for rainwater outflow.
③ Wrap all external wiring joints with waterproof insulating tape.
8. Daily Maintenance Tips
① Cut off power before cleaning screen surface, use dry soft cloth to wipe dust.
② Regularly check loose screws, aging cables every 3 months.
③ Do not splash water directly onto cabinet surface for indoor & outdoor screens.
